Authorized users may ask Captain George’s to review, correct, or delete eligible staff-profile information associated with Captain George’s First Mate.
Submit a request
Email privacy@cgpricebit.com with the subject First Mate Privacy Request and include:
- your full name;
- your restaurant location;
- the email address associated with your staff profile, when applicable;
- whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion;
- a clear description of the information involved.
What may be retained
Deletion of a staff profile does not necessarily require deletion of restaurant business records. Purchasing, accounting, security, audit, invoice, and operational records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes. Where appropriate, personal profile information may be removed or separated from retained business records.
CloudKit and device copies
Approved changes may need to synchronize through Apple CloudKit and across authorized devices. Local backups or safety snapshots may retain earlier data until those copies are replaced, deleted, or expire under normal retention practices.
