These Terms apply to use of Captain George’s First Mate by authorized Captain George’s personnel.
1. Authorized workplace use
The app is provided for approved restaurant operations. Users must access only the locations and functions assigned to them and must follow company policies.
2. Account and PIN security
Users must protect their PIN and device, must not share access, and must report suspected unauthorized use to a manager.
3. Accuracy and review
Vendor prices, invoice results, recipes, forecasts, allergy tags, and operational calculations require human review. Users remain responsible for confirming orders, invoice information, food-safety decisions, and business records before acting on them.
4. Confidential information
Recipes, prices, purchasing records, staff information, and other operational content may be confidential company information. Users may share it only for authorized business purposes.
5. Availability
Internet, CloudKit, email, messaging, and third-party services may be unavailable or delayed. Users should keep appropriate backups and follow restaurant fallback procedures.
6. Changes and access
Captain George’s may update the app, these Terms, or a user’s access at any time for operational, security, or legal reasons.
